Share time: Delicious and portable dessert recipes
Does anyone have any favourite sweet recipes that they can send my way? A couple of caveats:
- I need to be able to bake this recipe a day ahead of time AND transport it seven hours in the car
- I’d like it to be delicious and a crowd pleaser, I’m not really concerned with it being raw, vegan, low fat, etc.
- My baking skills are still evolving and I don’t have an eye for fancy icing.
I’d really appreciate any suggestions.

“Snaps” shaped pretzels, rolo candies, cashews.
Lay pretzels on baking sheet in lines. Put rolo on pretzel, put cashew on rolo. Bake at 350 until candies are soft enough to push cashew into.
Let cool. Stick in the fridge until you’re ready to go!
