Thankful Things Thursday

Short weeks - nothing like four intense work days to get you ready/excited for the weekend. I can’t wait to relax and recharge - after my 14.5 mile run…
MyFitnessPal.com - I’ve been using this site to help track my food consumption over the past few weeks. I am by no means an obsessive calorie counter but I do find that being mindful of my intake/output is helpful. Sadly, training for a marathon doesn’t mean I can eat all the junk that I want.
Walking - My daily commute automatically equals 20 mins of walking. Thanks to jaunts with Molly and occasional lunch time errands my daily walking total is 45 minutes to an hour. While I’d naturally rather be running, walking is a nice change of pace.
